The Clubhouse is a great place for a shower, business meeting or birthday party!
The Woods of Shavano Clubhouse is available to rent for members and non-members. All full members are eligible for one free rental plus the $50 Use fee with a one year membership.
The Clubhouse can hold 52 people and we have eight six foot tables, two three foot tables and 52 chairs available for use. A $200 refundable security deposit is required for all events.

Effective January 1, 2010 a $50 Use Fee will be added to the free rental as well as any standard rental fee. This fee will be used to maintain the clubhouse (paint, strip and wax the floor, and general maintenance).
